BUYER PROTECTION
How it works. . .
BUYERS MUST follow these guidelines in order to be eligible for PayPal Buyer Protection:

Complete the transaction on MULLIE (not offsite)

Use your registered PayPal account (not guest checkout)

Provide a PayPal Confirmed Shipping Address

Report the issue to MULLIE within 90 days.

File the appropriate claim within 180 days of the transaction

Do not close the claim until you confirm that the case is resolved

If you do not receive your purchase or receive an item that is significantly different from the listing, contact PayPal support immediately to begin the process of receiving a full refund (including shipping costs) via PayPal.

Ship the item with a tracking number

For items over $750, get signature confirmation

Ship to the confirmed address on the Transaction Details page

PayPal Seller Protection
If a buyer opens a PayPal claim on an item you sold on MULLIE, you can defend your claim with records: photos, receipts, shipping tracking, etc. PayPal will review your claim and can reimburse you for the full cost of the item plus shipping costs.

Things to Look Out For
A common way for scammers to operate is to offer a lower price to entice users to complete the transaction off of MULLIE. People who attempt to conduct transactions off of MULLIE are almost always scammers. Any transactions that are completed off of MULLIE may not be eligible for PayPal protection. For your safety, our team of moderators are monitoring fake listings and suspicious activity 24/7 to ensure all transactions are done safely through the MULLIE checkout. So make sure to always complete your transaction through the checkout, to stay protected!
Also, make sure to ship the item to the address that is specified by the buyer on the order summary page!
